1. Once upon a time I was a hard-working student. During the first year of my studies I was attending lessons and studying every day and I went through all the exams. This story happened in second year of my studies.

2. I came to hear a lesson: "Shakespeare, modern pantagruelism and Bob Dylan's poetry". A young and promissing assistant talked for two hours and bored me to death. In one moment I realised that I have lost my will to study.

3. I ceased attending lessons. I devoted myself to my work in a local newspaper, waiting for my studying will to come back. It was not coming back.

4. One day my editor called me in his office. "Read this and sign it. It is my privilege to inform you that you are fucked up."

5, 6, 7. According to regulation 5, article 26, section 3 of the Ministry of education dated on December 23th, duration of high school is prolonged from four years up to five years. According to article 29, section 4 of this regulation, all persons that received high school degree in that period of time are obliged to retrospectively attend fifth year of high school. Persons that meanwhile continued their education on the University will be carrying out their obligations towards both educational institutions simultaneously. Persons that do not accomplish their obligations from article 29, section 4 of this regulation will, according to section 5 of this article forbidden to continue further academic education.
